Malwa Industries gets US patent for Indigo Dyed yarn for knitting

Malwa Industries Ltd. (India) – the denim unit of the Malwa Group of Industries – recently got the US patent for the ‘Indigo dyed yarn for knitting’ using the Rope Dyed process .
Though Malwa had been manufacturing Indigo yarns for knitting for quite some time, the recently awarded US patent for Indigo Dyed Yarn for knitting will give it an edge in selling to garment manufacturers who are exporting their knitted garments to US.
With this patent, Malwa will also be able to issue notices to any unauthorized manufacturers of Indigo Dyed yarns for knitting (using Rope Dyed method) .
