i am very jubilant to contact you.actually i am in contact with sandeep agarwal.he suggested me to contact you.i am working in rope dyeing since last seven years.now a days i am facing a serious problem with my all articles.i.e the problem of quick washdown.i need to have maximum depth of the shade(pure blue).i am using the indigo 40% vat solution.i am using the indigo feed rate up to more than 7.5%.i.e 2100ml/min to achieve the required depth of shade. But as it goes to washing, indigo bleeds very quickly.this shade is running with 8 dips.only preweting is followed.because of this problem indigo costing is going out of the limit.what would you like to suggest to resolve this issue.i will be very thankful to u if you could help me out.waiting for your response.
regards
