TOP 6 COUNTRIES SUPPLYING DENIM FABRICS TO COLOMBIA
In the month of August 2019 , Columbia has imported approx. 6.39 million sqm of denim fabrics. CHINA is the biggest exporter of Denim Fabric to Columbia with a total volume of 3.03 million sqm at an average price of USD 1.66/sqm. India is the 2nd biggest denim supplier which exported 1.88 million sqm of denim fabric at an average price of USD 1.2/sq.
Mexico,Brazil, and Venezuela are other major countries which contributed 5%,4%, and 3% of the total import of denim fabric of Colombia respectively

So far as the import of denim fabric by different companies are concerned, JOHN URIBE E HIJOSÂ and GRUPO ALVÂ are the biggest importers of denim fabric into Columbia with the total import of 0.99 million sqm and 4.74 lakhs sqm of denim fabric respectively.
MERCADEO Y MODA SASÂ is the buyer which has imported the denim fabrics at the most expensive average price i.e., $3.05/sqm and TENNIS SA has imported at the least average price of USD 0.26/sqm.
