Afrikanswiss always celebrates the the African heritage and lifestyle. All their inspiration is sourced from within the African continent. For this range for the current SS16 collection they are celebrating the original inhabitants of Southern Afrika, where they reside, i.e. the Khoisan. The brand used a kit of patchwork, leather and draping as the Khoisan would. All the denim was hand treated using bleaching agents, sanding and fabric paint. They also hand painted some rock art by the Khoisan onto the denim and further went on to multi dye the cotton and silk screened the cotton in the Khoisan print .
