ovd dyes are designed to be used in following areas as per Garmon- Kemin
- in cationized dyeing processes, to achieve vintage looks, characterized by high contrasts on seams and abraded areas;
- in direct dyeing processes, to provide a deep and even distribution of the color on the garment.
The main advantages of ovd dyes compared to reactive dyes:
- only 5 process steps instead of 8, on averag
- minimum number of auxiliaries

Nearstone SRE62 – liquid enzyme compound developed as pumice stone replacement on Denim confer Stone Wash Effect; product has been developed under our ECO DRESS CODE concept Sustainable System; it can be used in all machines where there is the combination of physical and mechanical movement.
Nearstone BP 30 – special liquid enzyme compound developed for Bio-polishing at 30°C; products has been developed under ECO DRESS CODE concept Sustainable System; it can be used in all machines where there is the combination of physical and mechanical movement and by Nebulization on closed equipment where is able to gives abrasion effect also.

ECO-Bleach
Nearbleach Sky White – ECO Sustainable agent for Denim localized Bleaching, applied in combination with Katalin Sky White (Specific Catalyst). ECO-Sustainable replacement of Potassium Permanganate, includes Violet marker in order to make it visible and easy to apply; No Neutralization is needed, can be simply washed off with dispersing or soaping agent saving water and time; product has been developed under our ECO DRESS CODE concept Sustainable System.
